If you would like to use this service, please proceed as follows:
1. Create and print the return label: You will find the link to this in the shipping confirmation email
2. Stick the parcel label on the parcel and hand it in at a GLS parcel shop.
The return by GLS parcel label is expressly not a prerequisite for using the right of withdrawal.
With the e-mail about the return confirmation you will receive a voucher code for 10€, which you can redeem in our shop from a purchase value of 100€ - as compensation for your return costs.
How do I return from Switzerland?
Returns from Switzerland are best handled via Swiss Post. In this case, the costs are borne by the customer.
