Return of ski sets

Can I exchange skis, i.e. revoke the purchase contract?

Our withdrawal states:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

- contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

- Contracts for the delivery of goods if they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature.

What does that mean exactly? With many freeride, touring, FIS racing skis and with some slalom and race carvers as well as some all-mountain skis, you have the choice of many different bindings that are bolted to the ski. For this purpose, holes are drilled into the ski or binding plate to create your individual custom-made product. This makes resale after an exchange almost impossible. Therefore, these skis cannot be "exchanged". You can recognize these skis by the large selection of bindings and the fact that these skis are also offered without bindings.

If in doubt, please ask: +49 591 4417 or service@snow-how.de

Most skis, on the other hand, are equipped with binding systems that do not require individual holes (= system skis). For them, the right of withdrawal applies as normal.

Does the satisfaction promise apply to all skis?
With restrictions: You can return all so-called "system skis" as part of our satisfaction promise. Custom-made products, on the other hand, are not. All information here: Satisfaction promise

What if the ski is damaged?

Then all normal legal provisions apply.

The explanations described here are an explanation of the relevant points. They are expressly not part of the GTC or the withdrawal.
