Why haven´t I received a confirmation after placing an order? 
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after ordering. If you haven't received a confirmation, there are usually one of these reasons:

1.) Spam filter
Did our confirmation email end up in your spam or junk mail folder? In 9 out of 10 cases, this is where the problem lies. Please look in the corresponding spam folder and put us on the "white list" of the desired senders, so that you also receive our other mails, e.g. for parcel tracking.

2.) Credit card payment not completed
It is possible that the order is not completely finished. If you pay by credit card, the payment process must be fully finalized.

3.) Incorrect e-mail address provided
Maybe you made a typo when entering your email address? Then please contact us briefly at
