Protection specially developed for skiing

Ski boots exert considerable pressure on the shin, particularly during forward movements. The Shin Protector Evo has been developed to alleviate this pressure and improve comfort whilst skiing.

In particular, it ensures a better distribution of pressure points and reduces direct friction between the shin and the boot.

A gel with progressive thickness

The protector uses a progressive gel that is 2.5 mm thick at the sides and 4 mm thick in the centre. This design ensures that more material is used in the central area of the shin, where pressure can be at its greatest.

The gel acts as a cushioning layer between the leg and the ski boot.

An anatomical shape for optimal support

Its anatomical shape is designed to adapt naturally to the contour of the shin. Worn under a ski sock, the protector stays in place during activity, even during intensive use.

An improved design

This Evo version benefits from several improvements over the first generation: Manufactured in Europe, natural composition free from colourants, rounded edges for greater comfort and improved shock absorption.

Reusable and washable

The Shin Protector Evo is reusable and hand-washable. Sidas recommends using washing-up liquid to clean the protector and maintain its performance over the long term.
