White slopes, perfect snow - full speed ahead, now you can finally test your new skis or ski boots! But they don't ski the way you wanted them to or you get blisters or pressure marks in your new boots? Then they are not the right ones!

Unique in Europe: SNOW-HOW satisfaction promise

If such a situation happened to you, you could return your skis and ski boots bought from us. We return 75% of the purchase price as a voucher. However, you have to have used the skis or boots for no more than 12 days and the purchase must have been made no more than six weeks ago. Please contact us if you have to wait longer for your ski vacation. Then we will arrange an individual extension of the deadline.
It is obvious that we only take back articles that have been handled with care and whose traces of use indicate that they have been used for no more than 12 days. If your ordered ski binding was customized, if more than one binding was put on the ski or if the item was taped, labeled or otherwise tagged, it is also excluded from the satisfaction promise.

So thanks to our satisfaction promise, you can return skis or ski boots purchased from us in compliance with the conditions mentioned even after the first use.
